Sean brings a distinctive perspective to the age of AI because he understands that structural change is never only structural. It changes people. His work is shaped by a central question many operators overlook: what does transformation actually do to the humans inside an organization, and how can leaders design systems where both the work and the people have a real chance to thrive?

As a HumanCulture Fellow, Sean contributes a perspective rooted in nonprofit leadership, psychology, and human-centered transformation. He is especially interested in helping people find the encouragement and frameworks they need to try new things, while keeping humanity at the center of the loop as AI becomes more powerful, complex, and deeply embedded in organizational life.
