Amy Mangan

Amy Mangan brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and marketing staffing, helping organizations understand talent needs, address skills gaps, and connect people with meaningful opportunities. In her work with Robert Half, she brings a deep understanding of both clients and candidates, offering perspective on how the labor market is changing and what organizations need to consider as technology reshapes hiring, upskilling, and workforce development.

Sean Hogan

Sean Hogan is a C-suite operator and psychologist who works at the intersection of human behavior, leadership, and institutional transformation. As COO of Alpha USA, he helped lead a financial turnaround, supported global strategy and partnerships, and stewarded the organization’s global media assets.

Steve Blair

Steve Blair is the founder of Culture Collaborative, where he helps founders and leaders create cultures and workplaces worthy of being loved. His work sits at the intersection of organizational design, leadership, culture, and human-centered growth, with experience supporting leaders across consumer packaged goods and service-based organizations.

Jon Hirst

Jon Hirst serves nonprofit organizations as a fractional innovation leader, helping teams imagine what is next and move toward the future with clarity, graciousness, and tenacity.

Sam Fredin

Sam Fredin is a strategist and builder focused on helping people use AI thoughtfully in real work, learning, and decision-making. His work sits at the intersection of change management, transformation, technology, education, and organizational practice, with experience across healthcare, consulting, and higher education.

Tommy Knoll

Tommy Knoll is Co-Founder of the Human Innovation Institute, where he is helping define and advance the emerging discipline of Human Innovation. His work focuses on the mindsets, capabilities, and operating systems leaders need to navigate technological acceleration, institutional instability, and increasing complexity. Through applied research, frontier labs, and real-world experimentation, Tommy helps individuals and institutions strengthen agency, adaptability, and execution in the age of AI. As a HumanCulture Fellow, he brings a perspective rooted in behavioral science, innovation strategy, leadership, and the belief that AI should remain subservient to human purpose and development.
