Sam Fredin
AI Product Manager, Eliza
Sam Fredin is a strategist and builder focused on helping people use AI thoughtfully in real work, learning, and decision-making. His work sits at the intersection of change management, transformation, technology, education, and organizational practice, with experience across healthcare, consulting, and higher education. Sam brings a pragmatic perspective to one of the central questions of AI transformation: how organizations can preserve and strengthen the dignity of human work while adopting powerful new tools. He is especially interested in helping people understand AI not as a replacement for human judgment, but as a thinking tool that must be used with clarity, care, and discernment. As a HumanCulture Fellow, Sam contributes a grounded voice on how emerging technologies can support creativity, judgment, collaboration, and meaningful work when they are introduced in ways that are practical, human, and useful.
