The Human Innovation Institute (HII) is an independent research institute and growth studio dedicated to advancing the emerging field of Human Innovation.

Human Innovation is the study and practice of how individuals, organizations, and societies intentionally develop the capabilities required to adapt, evolve, and create new possibilities during periods of profound change. The Institute was founded in response to what we call The Great Transition, a period characterized by technological acceleration, institutional disruption, shifting social structures, economic reconfiguration, and growing civilizational complexity. During periods such as these, inherited assumptions about work, leadership, governance, learning, contribution, and collective coordination begin to break down, creating the need for new models, capabilities, and forms of human development.
